  • Format & Resolution:

    Upload **PNG** files only. All files must have a transparent background and be at least **300 DPI** at the size you intend to print.

  • Color Mode:

    Please submit files in **CMYK color mode**. While RGB works, CMYK ensures the best color accuracy when printing.

  • Sizing & Margins:

    Size your designs to the final print size before uploading. Keep a **0.5 inch safety margin** around the edge of the sheet.

    What happens if my file doesn't have a transparent background?

    The background will print as a solid color (usually black or white). We cannot remove the background for you, so please verify your image file is correctly prepared.

    How long does shipping take?

    Production is 2-3 business days. Shipping time depends on the carrier selected at checkout (e.g., 2-5 days for standard USPS/UPS Ground).
